سياسة الإرجاع

١. المنتجات البيطرية والأدوية والمكملات والأعلاف والمنتجات ذات تاريخ الصلاحية

يرجى التحقق من المنتج والتغليف وتاريخ الصلاحية قبل الشراء.

يُقبل الإرجاع في يوم الشراء نفسه فقط، مع تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية، وبشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وداخل عبوته الأصلية المغلقة وغير المفتوحة.

لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات التي لم تُخزَّن بطريقة صحيحة أو أُسيء التعامل معها بعد الشراء.

٢. المنتجات الأخرى غير البيطرية التي لا تحمل تاريخ صلاحية

يُقبل الإرجاع خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الشراء، مع تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية. ولا تشمل هذه الفئة الأدوية أو المكملات أو الأعلاف أو أي منتج يحمل تاريخ صلاحية.

يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وخالياً من التلف أو الكسر أو الخدوش أو الاتساخ، مع سلامة عبوته الأصلية واكتمال جميع ملحقاته وبطاقاته.

لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات التي تعرّضت للتلف أو التعديل أو سوء الاستخدام بعد الشراء، أو كانت ناقصة الأجزاء أو الملحقات.

٣. شروط عامة

المنتجات المورَّدة بناءً على طلب خاص غير قابلة للإرجاع.

تحتفظ الإدارة بحق رفض أي طلب إرجاع لا يستوفي هذه الشروط.

لا تخل هذه السياسة بحقوق المستهلك المقررة قانوناً، بما في ذلك الحقوق المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة.

Return Policy

1. Veterinary Products, Medicines, Supplements, Feed & Products with an Expiry Date

Please check the product, packaging, and expiry date before purchase.

Returns are accepted on the same day of purchase only, with the original invoice, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original sealed, unopened packaging.

Products that have been improperly stored or mishandled after purchase are not eligible for return.

2. Other Non-Veterinary Products Without an Expiry Date

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date, with the original invoice. This category excludes medicines, supplements, feed, and any product with an expiry date.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage, breakage, scratches, or soiling, with intact original packaging and all accessories and labels included.

Products that have been damaged, modified, or misused after purchase, or are missing parts or accessories, are not eligible for return.

3. General Terms

Special-order products are non-returnable.

Management reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

This policy does not affect consumers’ statutory rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
