Composition (per ml):
Gentamicin ........................ 12 mg
Sulfamethoxazole .................. 100 mg
Trimethoprim ................... 20 mg
Loperamide ...................... 0.5 mg
Excipients (Kaolin, Pectin) q.s. ........ to 1 ml

Description:
Broad-spectrum antidiarrheal and antimicrobial agent effective against infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, mycoplasmas, and rickettsiae that are sensitive to the components of the formulation.

It is specifically used as an adjuvant in the treatment of various types of diarrhea—mechanical, viral, and bacterial in origin—particularly in acute cases or when it is necessary to reduce intestinal motility.

Dosage:

* Dogs: 1 ml per 5 kg of body weight every 12 hours.
* Cats: 0.5 ml per 5 kg of body weight every 12 hours.

شراب مضاد للإسهال من تركيبة من المضادات الحيوية لوقف وعلاج الإسهالات. يُستخدم بشكل خاص كعامل مساعد في علاج أنواع مختلفة من الإسهالات، سواء كانت ميكانيكية أو فيروسية أو بكتيرية المنشأ، وخصوصًا في الحالات الحادة أو عندما يُراد تقليل حركة الأمعاء.

الجرعة:

* الكلاب: 1 مل لكل 5 كجم من وزن الجسم كل 12 ساعة.
* القطط: 0.5 مل لكل 5 كجم من وزن الجسم كل 12 ساعة.
