Live vaccine against infectious bursitis in poutry (Gumboro disease), lyophilized.

Composition :
Active substances : virus bursitidis infectiosae avium min. 104,0 TCID50 , max. 105,3 TCID50 in one dose
Excipients : nutrimentum pro lyophilisatione

Effect method:
After vaccination, the immunity arises in one to two weeks and at broylers it lasts until the end of feeding period and at layers to the end of laying period.
The chickens in andangered flocks should be revaccinated in one to two weeks and chickens in rearing should be revaccinated again at the age of seven weeks.

Methods of immunisation:
For oral application, prepare the vaccination solution only in such volumes that can be consumed within 2 hours from the moment of its preparation. For intra-conjunctival application, apply one drop of the vaccination solution into the animal`s conjunctiva bag and let it absorbed.

Indication:
For preventive vaccination against avian infectious bursal disease (Gumboro disease).

Contraindication:
It is not recommended to vaccinate ill fowls.

المادة الفعالة: فيروس التهاب الكيس العدواني Avium (Infectious Bursitis Virus) بتركيز ≥ 10⁴.0 و ≤ 10⁵.3 TCID50 لكل جرعة
المساعدات (Excipients): مواد غذائية للتحضير بالتجميد (Nutrimentum pro lyophilisatione)

طريقة الفعالية:
بعد التطعيم، تتكون المناعة خلال أسبوع إلى أسبوعين.
عند الدجاج اللاحم (Broilers): تستمر المناعة حتى نهاية فترة التغذية.
عند الدجاج البياض (Layers): تستمر المناعة حتى نهاية فترة وضع البيض.
الطيور في قطعان معرضة للخطر يجب إعادة التطعيم بعد أسبوع إلى أسبوعين، والطيور في مرحلة التربية يجب إعادة التطعيم مرة أخرى عند عمر 7 أسابيع.

طرق التحصين:
التطبيق الفموي: حضّر محلول التطعيم فقط بالكميات التي يمكن استهلاكها خلال ساعتين من تحضيره.
التطبيق داخل الملتحمة (Intra-conjunctival): ضع قطرة واحدة من محلول التطعيم في كيس الملتحمة للعين ودعها تمتص.

دواعي الاستخدام:
للتطعيم الوقائي ضد مرض التهاب كيس كوبر العدواني في الدواجن (Gumboro disease).

موانع الاستخدام: لا يُنصح بتطعيم الطيور المريضة.
