These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Al Galayel Equine Center website and online store ("Al Galayel", "we", "us") and any purchase of veterinary medicines, supplements, feed, equipment and related supplies. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

1. About us

Al Galayel Equine Center is a veterinary and animal-health establishment based in Doha, Qatar, operating retail, pharmacy and wholesale services. Contact: info@algalayelequinecenter.com, +974 5029 9920.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products and veterinary use

Product descriptions are provided for information and do not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Medicines, vaccines and supplements must be used under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian and in line with label instructions and applicable regulations in Qatar. Certain products may require a prescription or professional verification before supply; we may decline or cancel orders where verification is not satisfied.

4. Orders, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms only when we confirm the order or dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock unavailability, or regulatory restrictions, with any payment refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is collected through the methods shown at checkout or agreed with our sales team. For wholesale accounts, orders are confirmed after review and cleared payment by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Qatar through our team and partner services. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, including special rules for veterinary products, medicines and items with expiry dates.

8. Wholesale (B2B) accounts

Wholesale access requires an approved application. Approved prices, categories and quantities are assigned per account and are confidential. Wholesale orders are subject to sales-team review and these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming products. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for outcomes of improper storage, handling or use of products after delivery.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
